About Us
Country Club East is a resort-style gated community that includes three amenity pools, meeting rooms and a gym. Our 1,352 homes are comprised of 1,260 single family homes and 92 condominium units. Any number of realtors will be glad to show you homes for resale in one of the 20 neighborhoods in the community.
Our HOA is governed by a 5 person Board of Directors comprised of residents elected by the community for two year terms. The Board is supported by a property management company which oversees the common areas, gate entries and infrastructure. A number of committees offer residents a chance to participate in helping manage the community.
